    Athletic Background

Before coaching became my profession, I was a professional athlete.

I represented North Macedonia as a national team member in alpine skiing, won multiple domestic and international medals, became national champion in several age categories and disciplines, and competed at the 2017 World Alpine Skiing Championship in St. Moritz, Switzerland.

Elite sport shaped my understanding of discipline, structure, recovery, and long-term performance development.

    How Fitness Became My Path

I started training in the gym at 14 years old, initially as supplemental training for alpine skiing.

Over time, the gym became more than preparation — it became a passion.

    I became deeply interested in:

    • How muscle is built
    • How nutrition affects performance and recovery
    • How training variables influence long-term adaptation

I spent years studying research, learning academically, and experimenting with different training, nutrition, and supplementation approaches — both in theory and in practice. Not everything worked. And through experience, I learned that the most effective solutions are often not the most obvious ones.

    Learning the Hard Way

Like many young athletes chasing progress, I made mistakes early on.

In my attempt to build muscle and improve my physique, I pushed extremes. At one point, my relationship with food and training became unhealthy.

That experience taught me something invaluable: Progress without structure and balance is not progress at all.

It is the reason my coaching philosophy today prioritizes:

    SustainabilityEfficiencyLogicHealthLong-term consistency

    Natural Bodybuilding & Competition

Today, I am an active natural bodybuilding competitor, competing in Classic Physique.

In October 2025, I won 1st place at the NPC FitParade Eagle Classic Natural Show in Budapest, competing strictly drug-free.

    I am firmly against:

    • Steroids
    • Performance-enhancing drugs
    • Shortcut-driven approaches

I have never used them, and I never will.

I also do not accept clients who wish to use them.

My work is dedicated exclusively to natural athletes and individuals who value progress built on effort, structure, and time.

All coaching is based on natural, sometimes uncommon but always most efficient methods.

    Why I Coach

Coaching is not about motivation or hype. It is about clarity, accountability, and long-term development.

    I coach to:

    • Simplify the process
    • Remove unnecessary complexity
    • Teach what actually works
    • Help people build results they can maintain

So you can focus on executing. That is how real results are built.
